WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS
Intercity has created and pioneered an innovative approach for evaluating the adequacy and communication effectiveness of product warning labels and instructional materials. Warning labels are evaluated on the basis of a variety of criteria, with emphasis on design, content, and the cognitive demands that are placed on the reader's comprehension and recall of relevant information. This activity is directed by prominent reading, hazard communication, and human factors specialists who work with a team of medical / technical specialists in a multi-disciplinary approach for evaluating and designing warning labels. In addition, warnings and instructions can be created for any industry or product.
